每次固化作业后，都可以生成包含所有信息的完整报告，例如固化周期、温度、固化时间、任何警报，并打印为已根据该特定作业的标准和期望完成的维修文件。

所有控制和记录将通过触摸屏 HMI 面板完成，配有用于温度控制、数据记录、警报记录、趋势曲线和程序运行时间的逻辑构建屏幕。

显示布局将按照指导的逐步过程进行，其中每个步骤都需要确认才能进入下一步。这种分步设置是为了确保操作员了解每个步骤需要做什么，以及在进入下一步之前需要记录哪些内容。

可选配GSM模块，当发生报警或断电时，操作员会收到短信。

The system has 30 independent outputs which means that each of the up to 30 blankets can work independently with its own curing cycle/recipe.
The recipes are pre-installed. However, with access using a given password, it is possible to install exactly the curing cycle needed for the specific job.

If alarms occur, which may happen if a sensor is broken or if the temperature is too high or too low, or if there is a failure in a heating blanket, power loss or other related situations,  a visual signal light at the top of the control system will start flashing. Alternatively, an acoustic horn will sound. With ready-selected recipes, it is easy to start a curing job. Before each start-up, the system runs a quick test to ensure that everything is correctly
connected and to find any defective components.
